Volunteering and Internships

We consider a system of cultural, educational and musical training exchange in which young musicians from other countries transmit and exchange their knowledge with children and young musicians from the Province of Chaco, Argentina.

The volunteers will accompany the initial musical training and capacity building of members of the musical training program of the Fundación Pradier Redes Culturales and in agreement with the Universidad Nacional del Chaco Austral (UNCAus), as well as the participation of musicians from the region in the Festival Filarmónico Juvenil de la Bienal del Chaco (Youth Philharmonic Festival of the Chaco Biennial).

The Volunteering and Internships project has been developed since 2012. So far, volunteers from Ecuador, Germany, Denmark, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, United States, Ukraine and Colombia have participated.

These actions seek to contribute to the generation of integral socio-educational spaces in the territory through musical training, where young musicians can strengthen their personal capacities and those of their community, enhancing their musical and artistic development through cultural exchange.

In addition to the native peoples that inhabited the region, the history of its settlement incorporates a high percentage of people from Central and Eastern European countries. Their descendants have maintained their traditions and among the main collectivities that are represented in the town today we can mention: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Polish, Israeli, Russian, as the main ones.

In this context, we propose the participation of musicians from countries linked to the collectivities that make up the history of our territory, deepening cooperation ties.
